"I just wanted to say THANK YOU! The hospitality the staff showed us on our recent overnight stay (last week 7/27to 7/28-06) was outstanding!--
You were fabulous to us when I said dad was a heart patient and I didn't want him out in the heat too much by allowing early check in..
Everyone was just really kind and Personable. Any questions I had were answered :D
Breakfast was great! The room was super clean and comfortable (the only thing I missed was havin a little fridge & Microwave like most hotels do now, especially with the kids) But because of the treatment we received, we will definitely be back, and I will bring my owqn cooler--
Your staff made it lovely--my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her 5th birthday. Dad did fine! and me, well I enjoyed my 24hrs on the beach incredibly--
Being in the Industry (restaurant) it meant alot to me--it was nice to be treated as a guest the way I treat people as a guest :D
Hopefully you'll see us soon, being only in Mt Dora, less then an hour away from you all!!

"I do not have one bad thing that I can honestly say about this hotel and its staff! The group of people that work at this particular hotel were over the top in service. Angie helped me book a block of 20 rooms for our upcoming beach wedding on 3/19/11. She kept me posted for almost 9 months on the guests and their scheduled arrival dates. My husband and I arrived on 3/14/11 as did some other guests but most arrived later in the week. We were greeted with a dozen roses in our suite congratulating us on our upcoming marriage. So sweet! We had made personalized welcome bags for all the guests and asked that they receive them upon arrival. The staff made sure that each room had the correct bag waiting to greet our guests for that extra little personal touch we hoped for. The wedding happened to fall during spring break and Angie & Peggy Sue made us feel as if there were not any other guests in their 'very full' hotel. This potentially stressful time was completely relaxing for everyone because of this great group of people. All of us that stayed at this hotel said they would return again because of the location, the rooms and most of all the staff! Thanks Again For Everything!!!!!!!!!
